1. Who We Are

BlossomAds ("we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered Google Ads creative optimization service operated by BlossomAds.AI. We help advertisers identify underperforming ad assets and receive data-driven replacement suggestions via email for single-click approval.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Google Ads account data - campaign structure, ad group data, ad asset performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, impressions), and account identifiers. Accessed via the Google Ads API upon your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent flow, using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email scopes.
  • Contact information - your name and work email address, collected when you sign up or book a demo.
  • Usage data - how you interact with our platform, including approval and rejection decisions on suggested ad assets. This data is used to improve future suggestions.
  • Configuration data - brand guidelines, optimization preferences, and campaign settings you configure within BlossomAds.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Ad optimization - to analyze your Google Ads performance, identify underperforming assets, and generate replacement suggestions aligned with your brand guidelines.
  • Email delivery - to send you periodic optimization suggestion emails and product communications.
  • Product improvement - to learn from your approval and rejection decisions in order to improve the accuracy of future suggestions. This learning is specific to your account.
  • Service operation - to authenticate your account, maintain your settings, and push approved changes to Google Ads via API.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models shared across customers.

4. Google User Data & Limited Use Disclosure

BlossomAds' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the BlossomAds service as described in this policy.
  • Google user data is not transferred to third parties except: (a) as part of a merger or acquisition with prior user consent, (b) to comply with applicable law, (c) for security purposes, or (d) to provide the service with user consent.
  • Google user data is not used for advertising, credit, or lending purposes, and is never sold to data brokers or advertising platforms.
  • BlossomAds employees, contractors, and agents are bound by this policy and prohibited from accessing Google user data except as necessary to provide the service, for security investigations, with your explicit consent for support, or as required by law.

BlossomAds only writes to your Google Ads account when you explicitly approve a specific suggestion. You can revoke BlossomAds' access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

With whom we share, transfer or disclose Google user data

We share, transfer or disclose Google user data (your Google Ads campaign, ad group and ad asset data, performance metrics, and OAuth tokens) only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary to provide the service:

  • Google - requests containing your Google user data are sent back to Google itself via the Google Ads API, to read your ad data and to apply changes you have explicitly approved.
  • Infrastructure subprocessors - cloud hosting and database providers (currently Google Cloud Platform) store and process Google user data (ad copy, performance metrics and encrypted OAuth tokens) on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations, solely to operate the service.
  • AI model providers - third-party AI providers receive sanitised ad copy text and aggregated performance context from your account in order to generate copy suggestions. These prompts never include your name, email address, Google account identifiers or OAuth tokens, and providers are engaged under terms that restrict use of the data to providing this service.
  • Email delivery providers - receive your email address and the content of suggestion emails (which may include ad copy and performance figures from your account) solely to deliver emails you have opted into.

We do not sell Google user data, and we do not share, transfer or disclose it to any other third party except in the circumstances listed above (with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior user consent).

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform, including hosting, email delivery, and ad platform integrations. These providers process your data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and Google Ads account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized performance data may be retained for internal product analysis.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Your Google Ads connection uses OAuth 2.0 - we never store your Google password.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest update.
