2. Account Access

To use BlossomAds, you must connect a Google Ads account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authorization to connect that account to a third-party service.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting each suggestion before it is applied. BlossomAds only makes changes you have explicitly approved.
• You agree not to use BlossomAds to generate or publish ad content that violates Google Ads policies, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

BlossomAds uses AI to generate ad asset suggestions. While our system is designed to align with your brand guidelines and historical performance, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. You are solely responsible for reviewing all suggestions before approval. BlossomAds does not guarantee that suggested content will meet your brand standards, comply with platform policies, or achieve any specific performance outcome.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlossomAds is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific advertising performance results, including but not limited to click-through rates, conversion rates, or return on ad spend.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlossomAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any changes made to your Google Ads campaigns.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your ad content, brand guidelines, and Google Ads data. BlossomAds retains ownership of its platform, algorithms, and software. By using the service, you grant BlossomAds a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using BlossomAds and revoke Google Ads access at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which BlossomAds operates.
